From the creative and immediately recognizable universe of the French designer Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. This piece has a very "Fashion archive" aesthetics at the end of the 90s / beginning of 2000, with a superb large blue and white blue floral print, sublimated by contrasting pink stitching and a beautiful red floral embroidery on the back.
The short and structured cut brings a very current silhouette, between poetic workwear, artwear and romantic folk spirit. The lightweight pad gives relief to the jacket while remaining easy to wear on a daily basis. A strong but portable piece, typical of Castelbajac creations of this period, where the designer blended artistic influences, narrative details and Casual Premium silhouettes.
The embroidered back is clearly the highlight of the room: a rare detail that brings a real collection and editorial dimension. The jacket works perfectly in a cloakroom archive, Vintage Designer, Japanese Streetwear or in a high-end Y2K styling.
Italian manufacture of good quality.
