Vinyl box dedicated to Johannes Brahms – Chamber Music, Integral Volume 2, published by the Hungarian label Hungaroton 1976.

This edition brings together most of Brahms' chamber music for strings, performed by the Bartók Quartet, a reference set of the Germanic and Central European repertoire, recognized for the rigour and depth of its interpretations.

The box includes 5 LP and proposes a major selection of Brahms works: string sextuors op. 18 and op. 36, string quartets op. 51 n°1 & n°2 and op. 67, and the string quintets op. 88 and op. 111. The ensemble offers a coherent and complete vision of the evolution of the composer's chambrist writing, between romantic density and formal balance.
