Description

A masterpiece of Italian opera, Aida find here an interpretation of legend with Maria Callas, at the top of his art, surrounded by the prestigious distribution of La Scala under the baton of the maestro Tullio Serafin.
Registered in Milan in 1955, this recording is considered One of the most beautiful historical versions of the Aida Never engraved on disc.

This original French edition EMI Pathé Marconi is distinguished by:

  • one mono pressing period warm and natural sound,
  • a Careful presentation in a rigid box,
  • one large format booklet (trilingual texts, illustrations, historical engravings and period photographs).
